...my brain has never gone so blank on me as it did then! lol

i think questions that lead to personal tastes and/or outlook are a great thing. this gives insight into them as a person, and not a design drone. an example could be:
"as we all know there are 5 classic base sauces every saucier begins with; Béchamel, Brown, Hollandaise, and Tomatoe- what is the 5th?"
