Who actually hired these cocks??
Last night cracked me up...
"image is everything"
Surely such "Advertising Execs" and "Global Brand consultants" would be aware that Sprite used that ages ago??
Biggest bunch of toppers I have ever seen... EVER

I had to turn over, me and the girlfriend were watching through our fingers. A horror show.
Every now and again I have to try work with people like that and it doesn't last long.

Alan Sugar had a word for people that sit at home, and say 'I could do better than that'... But I can't remember what it was.
- agentfour0
he probably also has a word for paeople who sit at home and say ''that shit's killer, these people are amazingly business minded and extremely insightful"
- dkmb0

such funny tv. It's 'brand execs' who give design and branding a bad name. No ideas, just lots of bullshit. The street logo was genius. They may aswell have called their brand 'cool'
That logo for Jam was hilarious too, like the kind of thing you do when you're about 10 and want to combine your initials into a logo.
Having said all that, Alan Sugar doesn't understand advertising or branding (did you ever see a good amstrad advert). He thinks you need to repeat the name and show the product as much as possible.
He's probably a big fan of the elephant.co.uk ads.
Since when did you ever see a Nike advert that mentions the word 'Nike' every 2 seconds on a voiceover, and shows only the shoes.
I felt sorry for the designers having to draw up other people's logos and layout their ads.
btw the sprite slogan was:
"Image is nothing.
Thirst is everything.
Obey your thirst."

"Since when did you ever see a Nike advert that mentions the word 'Nike' every 2 seconds on a voiceover, and shows only the shoes."
I screamed these exact words at my TV last night

so many basic mistakes
- dkmb0
brilliant work.
i think i had one of those boxes, shame on me
- dkmb0
there's not enough copy on the advert either
- BaskerviIle0
and not enough bullet points
- dkmb0
i also love the satellite dish sitting on the rocks, maybe there could be some fire and brimstone in the background
- Bluejam0
at least the right team won
and as for the global brand consultant, more hot air than richard branson's balloon
she needs to be fired

Alan Sugar is over. In this day and age, and with technology as it is, who the fuck buys Amstrad anyway?
Alan Sugar = the Simon Cowell of the business world...
Haven't watched the show, don't think I could contain my rage watching such a bunch of useless twats (from what I've heard).
Over and out.

--------thats right, they are "supposed" to be.
i.e they talk the talk but cant walk the walk. they can talk bullshit to promote themselves and make themselves sound like amazing business people when they arent.
its all marketing crap.
ive such a hate for that kind of bullshit.
