building rendering

    so a new client calls...leaves voicemail..wants a rendering of a building thats not yet built...i hear from a fellow designer that they may want it in illustrator...or possibly sketched with markers and such...i dont have my pricing and guidelines book in front of me and i gotta call the client back within the hour...any suggestions on pricing? thx for any feedback!
