James Nachtwey you mean? Anyway, yes, amazing site full of brillliant lectures. Check out Dan Dennett, Steve pinker, Richard Dawkins, Ray Kurzweil and James Randi. To name but a few.

i have wanted to go to TED for like 6 years now. i will make it, but the discussions there are extreemly stimulating i have heard. i know they get me pumped when i watch them (now).

I thought TEDtalks were "invite-only."

the TED Prize talks are, but the conference is available to anyone, barrin they pay, and sign up for the talk before it is filled.
