Flash video player

  Does anybody know, a good flash player to embed flv on a page?

  I need it to be able to have a menu, or a way of putting more than one video.

  something like www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=Fla…...

  but that could play more than one video.

  I looked at slideshow Pro, but there is no timeline to control the movie, or play and stop button.
