I have this black mac book thingy and the keyboard has gone weird :/ I have to have caps lock and num lock on in order for the keyboard to function correctly it is kind of 'reversed'?
any help with this pressing issue would pure help ee's out like a mo fo yo :D

this is fucked, the keyboard is typing numbers on the right hand section of the keyboard, say from hyn across to p l . and I am fully set to the correct setting which of course is british

I think there is a setting which turns that part of the keyboard to the number pad - you can sometimes see it on laptop keyboards, and it's activated with the 'Fn' key or something.
Not seen it on Apple laptops mind...

i got a same prob (and some others) 6 months ago...the
logic board was killed...
(btw. i got 3 lb-changes...then apple send me a new one)

strange problem indeed
in order for my keyboard to function correctly I have to hame num lock enabled and also caps lock enabled :/
silly computer and ignorant operator are to blame I fancy.

numlock will change the right hand side to numbers... so not sure why they are not displaying with your combination... weird!
