where abouts have you moved to? i'm currently looking for a place now around hoxton, shoreditch ect.
i don't know anyone in London apart from my ex.. so i could do with some mates! lol

i'm at spitalfields now. it all depends on how much you want to spend and how close you'd like to be to work. places around here are small and expensive. but a weekly travelcard will run you about 80 quid a month, so if you can cycle or walk it will work out as a savings to live close-in.

Not sure what the interest is living in that part of east london. Its 'urban grittyness' wears thin when you have to share it day-in and day-out with "Nathan Barely" types.
