E-bay could be a blessing or a complete disaster... Letterpress is hot right now so buying a pristine complete typeface will cost $$$ not to mention the shipping costs involved. A great deal of the sellers have no actual idea as to what they are selling and have polished/ground down the type down so it "looks pretty"...
anything that is not "type high" is useless... type high =.918"again finding a seller that is knowledgeable enough to sell you a clean case of type on e-bay is rare and if you do you will have to pay $$$ briarpress is a good resource but complete typefaces will cost $$$ for the typeface alone then shipping will be an issue unless you can pick it up yourself.

this place will cast full alphabets for you, fairly inexpensive. Plus and they have a very extensive list of classic typefaces. I own and opperate a small letterpress and have been thinking of ordering case from them.
