anyone else having problems with their subscription? i still haven't received the resfest issue that's been out for what, 3 months now? and the issue before that with gondry on the cover was over a month late because they supposedly had my address wrong. funny that i received every other issue before it without a problem. now they refuse to answer my emails. what's up with that? i just want the dvd.

yeah i had it for 2 years and it was pretty irregular, i didn't pay much attention but i'm sure i misssed a few special things along the way because i didn't bother following up on it...i used to hate the stuff on the dvds everytime i watched them first i thought they sucked but now i look at them and there's always something special about every video. good mag but i have no experience dealing with them directly. will be sending them a short or two though
