I'm beginning to think you haven't even bothered to see the show which makes this even more troubling.

I can see why people would not like the show (actually I can't, the show is great).

I personally love it. Then again I love puns more than anything in the world and most of the dialogue and build up are pun related, so I get an extra kick out of the show.

Is the problem basically you don't want to like a comedian who doesn't have a dick? Because it kind of seems like that is most everyone's problem with her. She's "one of the guys", however, that erks a lot of people out because she talks about abortions, and poop among other things.

It's a double standard which will probably always exist.

    Guys talking about farting, "funny",
    Girls talking about farting, "disgusting."

Guys having a lot of sex, "player",
Girls who have a lot of sex, "slut."

Not saying that everyone thinks that way, but it sure seems to be the majority. Hell, I don't like it when girls talk to me about things that are not very lady like, but it's inhuman to think one gender has the monopoly on dropping a deuce.

Then again I think Wanda Sykes is hilarious, along with a lot of other female comedians. I'd say it's the type of humour, but her (Big S) type of humour does seem to be rite up most everyone's alley on here, and especially those who are bashing her in this thread.

    • I'm just glad someone else likes these comedians...
      :)

I used to no like her one bit (remember Jaline?) I thought as a stand up comedian she was a total failure. But after I open my mind to her show I started to like it more and more.

Her jokes are indeed silly, and immature but they are funny.
Anyone saw the quiff episode? that one got me crying in tears, I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.

    • That was probably the best episode, hahahaJaline

i have no reason to watch the show actually.

i have never found her funny, even remotely. i find her annoying and inane. she has a horrid voice and a horseface. when i see her i want to punch her. when i hear her i want to scrape out my ear drums with a dental pick. make no mistake, i do agree there is a double standard, but i'm not saying it can never be that a girl making fart jokes won't be funny. i'm simply stating that she as an individual is a train wreck. i don't like her so why would i watch her show?

the very thought of bumping this thread again is making me ill. i may go lie down.

    • Can you really say her show sucks if you haven't watched the show then? You can definitely have an opinion about her.Jaline
    • that said i will admit i laughed at the fucking matt damon song, so there, you whiney bastard!7point34

i also i don't think i ever made once comment about her show.

i've never seen it, so i have no opinion.

    • you are not missing much. the show blows.emukid
    • And I don't like most of the stuff emu likes, so his opinion makes sense to me, haha. (I do like emu, of course...who wouldn't)Jaline
    • i apologize for my somewhat sophisticated taste.emukid
    • meanwhile emu and i tend to agree so this makes sense,7point34
    • i don't apologize for my sophisticated taste7point34
    • Well if there is one thing that I'm not, it's sophisticated. That's for sure.flavorful
    • Same here, flav. If sophisticated means "soft" and "emo", then sure...Jaline
