Three creative photographers slash multidisciplinary creative minds looking for a place to live/rent between august '07 and june '08. Preferably nearby either of the following stations: London Bridge, Cannon St. and Victoria. If you're a genius when it comes to where start looking let me know please :)
Oh yea, and I've already got these links in mind:
www.findaproperty.com
www.gumtree.com/
www.loot.com/property/rentCheers :)

you dont want to live by cannon street, there's like.. nothing there but offices.
To be honest, Victoria is not somewhere I would live either, London bridge would be ok.

I haven't got any info on london housing, but good luck ;)

live/work spaces are incredibly hard to come by. findaproperty.com is probably your best bet, but generally all the remaining live/work spaces that haven't been turned into luxury lofts are in stratford or walthamstow. good luck!

they're not that hard to find, you just need to be here to look and not on the web, for instance, a trip to the notice board at Whitechapel gallery or Atlantis would probably fix you up with some good leads. But yeah, not in the areas you requested, Hackney wick is more likely, or as para said.

right, i'm off to atalantis. see you kids later.

im looking for a new place to move into in a month. cant be fucked moving, but the wierdos are getting on my nerves.

*.bmp! I too am hoping to be looking for this kind of setup in a month's time or so (Islington, preferably).
Rasko, I'm probably being really stupid here - but what is 'Atlantis'?
- paraselene0
ha. my lease is up on the 25th of feb. looks like we might be able to have an nt homeless club!
- rasko40
the mystical underwater city of course!!
well ok, its that big art suppliers just off whitechapel high street.
- Nairn0
aha. thank'ye, rasko.
I wish i'd been bright enough to put a sodding mortgage down on my own place when i first came to London - then I could just hijack my kitchen or a spare bedroom for workspace. No way I can afford one for a wee while now :(
- rasko40
join the club.

nt losers who missed the boat and will now never ever see nary a rung of yon property ladder as long as they shall live™

Dicking around, wasting my life hardly qualifies for 'Key Worker' housing and loan breaks either.
What's up with this world?

I knew that there were signs when I got rejected from every "London" interview I went for after Uni....
oh wait.....
That's it – I own a house, with a studio linked on....
*sticks nose in the air and tots off.
