i used to use the clear sleeves too.
now i use large tan envelopes and print a job ticket out for the cover, staple to it and write out notes etc.when im done i file the notes sheet + anything left in the job jacket i need and reuse envelope.

Cheap portfolio folders, that corrugated cardboard done in plastic stuff. Try and find somewhere that's throwing them out.

large tan envelopes...like postal envelopes?
We gather alot of paper her for each job, which comprises mostly of print outs..in a way, a ajob bag is a good way of keeping the paper from piling up on your desks.
Any other process ideas. I like the idea of notes on the front of each job bag though. Perhaps along the lines of 'client is a cunt'. ;-)

ditto on the manilla folders with job info stapled to the front. use a binder clip if they get unruly.
