my macbook power charger decided to stop working yesterday.
I went to bed hoping it will come back to life today, but it still doesnt work.
So I went to the apple store, and they had no appointments today!!! and told me to book an appointment online.
Even worst they told me, only if I was lucky and they had any spare ones, I might get a replacement charger (once I get an appointment)!!!!!Why are they so f****** arrogant???
I mean the warranty is still valid.
Why cant I just send it and get a replacement one, instead of having to go there and beg for help, when I spent $2000 on the computer??

phoned them and they will send me a new one.
Although my phone warranty expired a long time ago.
