- canuck0

I get a chuckle out of this cuz I have some friends there and I get all the inside poop.

does it live up to the hype or is it hell?
- harlequino0
From what I hear it's sort of a mix. A lot of cool stuff, but it's still a big agency so expect to be one of many hands and a lot of craziness. Depends on the work environment you prefer I guess.

Sweatshop.
If you're cool with that, go for it.
/Does not work for CPB. Worked with 2 people who did.

Pass.
There's a reason they've been advertising for those same 2 positions for like 6 months now

If I was young, sado-masochistic, and didn't need any money I'd do it.

Maybe if I were a few years younger and didn't have a family I loved to spend time with

they invited texture to join them on a pub crawl, starts at 10pm friday night if that tells you anything.

I've worked with them on a couple projects, and it seems like a typical work week is 60+ hours. You get a chance to work on some great projects, but forget any type of life outside of work.

That's what I'm saying. Great place if you don't have any family ties. No doubt their work and clients are top notch

"typical work week is 60+ hours"
I'm genuinely curious if there are places (in this industry) where that is not a typical work week? If you work at one or know of any please share.
I worked at Juxt for over a year and the only place I ever heard good things about was Genex...

they forgot the line, "Must love snow."
- material-10
9-5 most days here
- skelly0
i don't think 60 is typical.
most people i know work 45-50 hours, that's including lunch/breaks.
12 hours a day is a bit much...

I work about 70 hours a week, but that's because 25 of it is doing contract work. I'm trying to retire at 35. I'll let you know how it works out.
