WiFi problem..?

I'm not even getting an IP address because I cant log onto the network in order to get one via DHCP.

its a netgear.
no i see it in the list, but when I select it and enter the pword it asks for, then it tic tocs and comes back with an error.. but it's only happening with the one laptop.. so it's the mac not the router I would assume.

yep, I'm posting using a different mac on the same router, and all seems fine.

sounds like your ip address is screwed up. on a pc, you would refresh and renew... not sure what that translates into on a mac?
reboot? try connecting with a network cable? call the apple store?
