I'm looking for a free Video converter for my 30Gb iPod. All the ones I can find are for PC. I have some videos I want to convert to be able to play on my pod, but I'm stuck. Any suggestions?
Thanks peeps!

check out Hnabrake. I've heard it's good.

ffmpegx first encodes the video and audio files separately, and then merges them, it takes a while. You prolly did the same mistake I did once - grabbed the video file before they were merged.
Just wait until there is no audio file in the folder.Handbrake is great for dvd rips, with subtitles and all

"iSquint is an iPod video conversion app for Mac OS X.
It's many times faster than QuickTime Pro, works with almost all popular video formats, and it's infinitely free-er."

people watch video on their ipods? i've watched maybe one short clip on my ipod since i got it just to see what it was like.

Alright peepz. I tried them all and iSquint is the best one!
Most of them convert videos to iPod with no volume, but iSquint is the only one that converts videos with sound and simple to use.
Hope this helps.
