so.. I'm sick and tired of my legacy type collection from os9 and all the shit that goies along with it, so.. what is a good font library that actually works properly with osx? I see adobe fontfolio but its very spensive.
How do you keep your shiny new pooters free from hideous font problems?
ie; I have fonts that work on my desktop machine but not on my powerbook, even though they are the same font, some that work in illustrator but not in quark, some I have to use suitcase to get working, some are ok in fontXplorer, etc etc etc
I want a clean solution when I buy a new machine.

fontshop just released some collections but i don't see the ones mentioned in the email on tis page: http://www.fontshop.com/products…
most smaller foundries have deals where you can get a discount for purchasing their entire library. check your favorties.

You don't want FontFolio anyway. Why invest money in a library that is mostly overused?
Here are the new FontFont collections. I can vouch for the Skill Sets because I helped build them myself.

But this all depends on your budget. Let me know what you're able to spend and I'll give you some options from various foundries.
