I put windows on my mac pro but instead of going through my speakers... sound only goes through the internal jawner.
Tried adjusting the sound options in windows but I think I might need to install a driver. Any ideas?

I don't know if this will work but...
Go into settings>control panel and the option sounds and audio devices. Go into the audio tab and see if there are other devices listed under sound playback.
If not that I don't know if you can get into the BIOS on the Mac, I haven't tried it on any of our Intel macs yet but in the BIOS there is most definately an option to kill that speaker and any hardware associated with it.
