i think the last one has a more mediterranean feel. the «» are a wonderful touch, because it mimicks the way people call restaurants - like a human name (let's go to «»). it's very catchy. also it leaves you free for any other kind of design in menus etc, whilst the others more or less call for a specific style or ornaments. just my op.

(the font is very Med - shouldn't work so well if you're working for northern italy, eg Milan. Anyway, mind that a wee bit of + kerning is needed between A and S but not so much as to leave the A in the rain)
