^ aaaand, two months later, I finally started watching! Just finished the first 2 episodes of season 1 last night. Pretty good. I keep expecting them to swear because it feels like it could really work as a show on HBO or Showtime, heh. But it's still good. I want some more laugh-out-loud moments though. I'm sure it'll get better with each episode. After all, I've only seen 2.

Haha yea, it is about to start up again (October 04th, with special guest JERRY SEINFELD!!!)... it gets better and better somehow.
It really does start to pick up on episodes 4 and on though.
5 and 8 may just be the best though.
I love them all.
I hate my DVR and how it is broken, I have not been able to watch 30 Rock in weeks.
Luckily the First Season DVD comes out I believe next week!!!

I like it so much Ima take it behind the middle school and get it pregnant.

hahaha, I was just referencing that line the other day.
The looks that you get when people overhear you use it are fantastical.

haha, that's why I don't quote as many tv shows anymore. People just don't get it (unless they're your friends and have watched the show too...or whatever you said is so weird that it's funny to everyone).

Completed the first season today!
Great show. I may have to buy the first season so that I can get rid of the episodes I have stored on my computer ;)
My favourite characters are Lemon (I can relate to her and I find her to be the funniest. Characters with awesome facial expressions always win me over), and Tracy. Most of the characters are good though.

alec baldwin makes that show

He's great, but I'm pretty sure Tina Fey makes it ;)
- Jaline0
In all seriousness, the show wouldn't be the same without Alec Baldwin.
But I still like Tina Fey's facial expressions more.

too bad Alec B. is sucha...
ohhh.... nevermind. :)
- Jaline0
haha, he does have some personal issues...

Glad you like the show Jaline!
Lemon is my favourite too.

Man, I still have to buy this on DVD and clear my HD out ;)
Plus, I have to get "Planet Earth", that documentary from BBC. But it's like $100. So I think I'll wait it out and get "30 Rock" instead, which is only $40.

Jaline, I would get 30 Rock.
... To be honest, I would wait for Planet Earth for like Blu-Ray or HDDVD whenever I decide to get one of those (based on whichever one looks to win, haha).
As that is something that can only be seen at HD or better (... like Omnimax or something).
Plus 30 Rock is high-lariou and Tina Fey is the greatest.
- Jaline0
heh, I'll think about it some more, but I may just get them later on and keep the files for now. The "Planet Earth" DVD looks pretty sweet though. I thought it was already at HD? Anyway, my TV is huge ;)

Jerry Seinfeld and Alec Baldwin both went to my high school. Massapequa High School. Alec's dad was a huge, smelly cigar-smoking Social Studies teacher.
- Jaline0
hahaha, I don't doubt that. The entire Baldwin family seems really greasy. In a lovable kind of way.
