Can anyone tell me what settings one would use in final cut to export something of this size and quality?
And to have it as a progessive download, is that an option you set when exporting?
Thanks..

I don't really know much about this, but had some great results using these settings...exporting from AE though...
container - .mp4
codec - H.264
bitrate - 3000 kb/sec [I upped this from 1200 as my type was degrading]
frame rate - 25 fpsThe QT's were 680 x 384 [it's an odd size, but it's half the HD format I was using] the final file size was about 2 mb for 10 second clips...

I would use QT pro but it runs like shit on both my Mac and PC's. Plus it wont deal with mpg2 without having a fit... :(

I use squeeze by sorenson:
I would consider using flash to import the video clips into.
