I haven't been keeping up with comics. did Geof Darrow do anything before shaolin cowboy and after Big Robot?
Was there another Big RObot after the first 3 comics? Did the Sholin Cowboy just hit the stands?

his site's not worth a shit, but Sergio Aragones was one of my biggest influences growing up:

OeufOeuf,
I found this site:
http://www.geofdarrow.net/It looks like he did some stuff for Transmetropolitan, a graphic, futuristic world with a new Hunter S Thompson as the hero. Good stuff.
Shaolin Cowboy has been around for over a year and a half. It isn't released regularly, but his illustrations are impecable. Still gory as always.
I never heard of him until I read SC. I dig him. Thanks for asking. I was able to research him a bit. Maybe I'll get more of his stuff.
As for more illustrators, I also dig Frank Miller.

Juan Doe doesn't do comics, he does "covers". It's illustration/packaging, not comics.

Tomer Hanuka
http://www.thanuka.com/his brother is also in comics/illustration

Juan Doe does interiors as well Redmond, he's just not doing them lately.

Which comics did he make? Seriously, I'm growing annoyed with cover artists like James Jean.
I've grown completely immnune to their teasing charm. Call me when they produce an actual comic I can read. Or a compendium of all their covers.

Disclaimer: I like them, I just don't care since it's just cover art I can get for free on the net.

I don't think I'd ever grow tired of James Jean. He's one talanted artist! I love his style.
But I hear you. It's a different animal telling that whole story thru panels. I know for a fact JD used to do his own comic called TroubleMakers for which the company escapes my right now, and Kazaar for DC, among many others. He's been around for ages, just under different names. He's pretty damn good. Great panels. He's only recently branched off to do these artsy covers and stuff. Which are amazing in my opinion.

(Sep 14 06, 14:18)do you even look before you hit broadcast??
did you peek at that list of dope artists that OeufOeuf's posted, most of them are cover artists, even though they do interiors they are known for their work done on covers.
juandoe is a comicbook artist for both covers and interiors.

Yes and which comics has he drawn? At least Ashley Wood can kick out a steady monthly. Tell me which comics he's drawn and I'll buy it. I just hate the whole cover artist trend. It's packaging over content. I never said or implied that Doe was bad.
