sorry to bring him up again, but I thought people might like to see.
It seems like it was to get attention before he has a warehouse show in LA this week.

Anybody have any additional info about his show in LA this weekend? Anyone plan on going?

How is he not being arrested for these pranks? Not that I think he should (I think it's great), but it seems he's pushing the limits of the law pretty hard.

why should he be arrested? graffiti? climbing over a disney fence? mocking paris hilton?
- rasko40
arresting him would simply create negative publicity for the prosecuters.

u cant be arrested for something they have no proof of you doing it or incase of graffiti..you have to be in the act of applying your mark on the surface...
- rasko40
actually that is entirely false, the majority of graffiti arrests are made in the apartments of writers, based upon blackbooks, photo albums and other paraphernalia.

This is true, and ruins collections of flicks forever.
I actually have friends that have spent years in jail for getting caught based off of archives and then refusing to lead to more arrests.
And of course being nailed multiple times, haha.
Just like in the animal world, the fleetest of foot usually survives.
