constant playing of iTunes/iPod on random has made me sick of almost everything. is this a problem for others as well?
- tenpointtwo0
When you're sick of everything, time to go buy new music.
- ninjasavant0
yeah, try classical for a while.
- Rand0
I constantly get tons of new music, but it goes into the mix of old. Sort of like adding fresh butter to rancid.

I got tired of music a while ago, I just cant be bothered keeping up, too many genres, too many bands, too many unsorted iTunes tracks, too much other stuff to do, everything is too much, its gets on top of me, gets me down, I can't keep up, I need to sign up with a doctor and visit the dentist, I need to wash that pile of clothes, the podcasts dont download properly and why do I need a podcast anyway? What are all these new features? I need to learn InDesign now? Damn this transition to illustrator from Freehand, I think I'll still use FreeHand for some things, it's easier that way and I can just import it into illy after, whats that band? Who was that track by? hmmm never heard of those and what is emocore post hardcore anyhow? do I have a de.li.cio.us account - No, do I need one? and so what else does this iCal do? it hooks up with address book and everything and syncs with my phone via bluetooth apparently - is my phone compatible? I dont know, my phone has messenger on it now so I can chat everywhere, Automator can make my life easier - hows that? hmm I'm not sure how that works, flickr account? not yet, maybe I can get one, organise my pics, how many pics, hmm thousands but I dont really take many anymore, kinda don't know what I'm interested in taking pics of anymore, and to what end, they just sit in a folder on my computer doing nothing, so who's a cool band now? oh forget it, just forget it, I'm going to bed, I'm going under the covers and I'm never coming out, I have a stack of books to read and I can just avoid everything else, at least for a month til I have to move out, and then? then I guess I'll just disappear, noone need know, maybe a river, a tube train, go south. A fire, crackling, popping, floating sparks rising.
Music to my ears.

We need time to hear your own thoughts. MUST we have an an ipod to express ourselves?
- rasko40
I'm going to create a never ending series of podcasts of my thoughts, that way you will not need to hear your own thoughts, you can just tune in to mine.
Of course, there will be a surgeons general warning and lengthy legal disclaimer.

this happens to me constantly. exposure breeds contempt. i hate everything i own. this goes for all things... slaves, clothing, music...
- neue75_bold0

- rasko40

- paraselene0
soz, it was unintentional. i've switched browsers now.
and i'm all stoned and loved up in amsterdam, so i'd like to take this opportunity to tell you that i actually quite like you rasko. you're incisive and hilarious.
i'm not even entirely sure why we were ever brawling in the first place, apart from the fact that you find me fiercely obnoxious. but if you're at all willing to try unignoring one another, i'd like to give it a shot.
- son0
the industry no longer goes on taste, its on who makes the most money.
thats a fact .
i stopped listenin to other peoples music bout 2 or 3 years ago
only michael jackson and prince...

- rasko40
well it would take some kind of fuckface to say no, so err "no"
oh wait - then how am I reading this? let's try it out then - peace in the middle east!
- quamb0
son - there is and has always been great new music out there - you just won't find it on the mainstream radio. you're just being lazy.
- paraselene0
