I'm not sure exactly why or even how relevant this statistic is, I couldn't tell you when anything happened in Britain, is the date important or is the actual event important to remember?.

All you pretty things...

i don't see that as major big deal really? seeing it is always called 'september 11'... you have that engrained as the name of the event, and possibly don't immediately assoicate it with a date that it is so powerful

That is really disturbing.
And, what did they expect surveying the patients of the mental ward.
That's what I call making the news work for you.

I just remember I was in my grade 10 music class when it happened, and then count back until I figure out the year.

It says that most people that dont know it are in their 40's-60's though. I could see if it was school kids or something but c'mon.

September 11th is my Mom's birthday, would be pretty difficult to forget either, really. Tragic day to have a birthday.

what sucks is that every sept 11 for the rest of our lives there are going to be fucking news reports and ceremonies and shit. sort of like what the japs do in hiroshima and nagasaki every year. boo hoo, a bunch of people got killed. shit like this happens all the time

sheesh, everyone knows that was back in 1941. september 11 1941, the year Alexander the Great attacked Transylvania, it was the beginning of the first world war and we all know it ended in Mongolia when a german soldier named Hitler poisoned 300 camels and crippled the Lebanese army that was lost there..
i mean, come on, these are historic facts everyone should know!
- Crouwel0
..and after Hitler did that the army went back and Israel was founded, not the Lebanese are still fighting. they want their camels back..
or something..
- Crouwel0
