(Aug 4 06, 09:08)The one in NYC? That store is dope. I wanted to try out gear in the frezzer so bad but didn't want to look all touristy

I'll be riding Mt Hood from Dec to April if anyone wants to ride the cascade cement
P.S. 30% off a vapor is still going to be $$$

JDK are still doing it I'm pretty sure.
Fooler - I ride the A-frame! I love it - stiff as fuck and unforgiving so I only ride it when it's been snowing but I love it

oh, I got really excited for a moment. I thought you were all talking bout http://www.burton.co.uk
But oh, no, it's snowboards.
*sits down at monitor and looks out of window at ground that hasn't seen snow in decades.

I always riden smaller boards but being 6'2", 190 lbs size 12 I decied to get an Arbor 163 Wide.
It's like rideing a 4'x8' piece of ply wood down the slopes. It's good for the deep but I need something smaller and lighter like a 160 Burton Vapor.

Burton always does such a rad job with thier websites and catalogs. I think that would be my dream job to work for them.

I wish I kept all my old catalogues...I remember one from the late 80's that was all uncoated stock, gate and flip folded like a map but was all done like a hardware store catalogue. Remeber all the saw blade wood core graphics? That kind shit made me want to become a designer in the first place.

BTW....wasn't burton recently bought out by another big company? Or did they buy out someone else? I remember reading about it somewhere. Anyone know?
