Thanks for all the replies. I feel more confident in my choice of returning... thanks a lot :)

You're only 21 and very good at what you do, why not stick out college, it's only 2 years,
- Momentum20
didn't you post before about the same thing?

i think it may depend on what you want to do.
if you never want to work, practice or teach at a University level, then i would say quit college and head out on your own.
if you would like to teach one day, then you should stay and finish, because that will be the least of their expectations.
if you think you have enough focus to sell your work, then of course you can always give that a shot.
my mom told me one thing i'll never forget... they can take away your camera, your computer, your apartment, your car and all your possesions. but the ONE thing they can never take away from you is a degree. that you will always have forever.
maybe that makes sense.

That actually makes a lot of sense. And yea, I won't exclude that one day, say in 20 years or so I might want to do a bit of teaching. Good point!
Thanks!

turn on, tune in and drop out.

I agree with jnr. For some that, for one reason or another, can't finish college, it works to just delve into learning on the job. But you're only 21 man. Finish school, you won't regret it. Money is always there to be made later on.

Dope portfolio.

Great responds, cheers! Today and right now I'm leaning towards two years at college. That's a pretty good feeling, like it settled. I hope it continues out August, my flight is scheduled to 7. Sept.

I went to college, but then bounced out basically after a semester ...
I was lucky enough to get a job the summer after I left, but I do sometimes imagine what I'd be doing if I was able to continue.
Probably bigger and better things.
If you want to manage people and stuff of that nature, most companies expect you to have a degree.
- Sven_sk0
a college degree can only help you and not really ever hurt you.
if you drop out and try to go back it will be much harder bc you will have so many more responsiblities
just finish your degree then move on its only two years

What sven said.
Finding time to do anything with a full-time job is impossible.
I can't even find time to do a personal site, let alone time to go to a nite/weekend class or take a class self-study steez.

I concur - get a degree!

hey Arild, amazing work. I was in a similar dilemma and there's a thread about it on here. just go in my profile and click "PVN Topics" and it should be the most recent one.
later.
