I know this is probably the worng crowd - but would any of you work in the City (London) for a financial company working in their in-house web development team?
I'm looking for a strong developer with .NET and SOA development (Among others) experience for £55k - i would have thought that ample - but no bites so far!
All referrals welcome

I would.
But I'm all open source me.

If you have anything for a PHP/MySQL developer I'm on the market.

I don't at the moment mate! It's quite common though
Is it you that went to Uni with Clem (Smellvetica)?
- agentfour0

(Jul 27 06, 01:45)Yeah. Although we never actually met until after Uni!
I'd love to be at loose end for a month. I'm too nervous about jacking in the job and going freelance. But please - if you get those jobs in, put me on your books.

Beeachboy, I've sent your post to a mate who is looking for contract work in that field but might be interested in it.

I don't know what £55k translates into dollars, however, if it's well above the six figure range and I can get my relocation fees paid for.
Eh, I'll try anything once.

110k with the dollar the way it is these days, flav. worth the effort, i'd wager.

Props, thanks para.
Could I be on NT all day like my current job?
I'm great at multi-tasking.

not sure about relocation fees - but they are a global company! worth an ask
