Palace is a bit of a hole from experience. I'm often in penge with the massiff! and penge is a gap in the hole! I love frisbee in Palace park at 4am tho! and the dinosaurs rule ok!

I live about 30min drive away, it's like most south London areas, nothing that special at all. There's talk the tube going to be linked so house prices will go up. Get in now might reward you in the future.

I had a gun pulled on me when I lived in Catford... shit hole of a place and not that far away.... but its like anywhere really... there is a shit hole just around the corner

Keep em coming guys
Me and the gf went a walk round the 'Triangle' area of Palace/Gypsy Hill and it looks nice...
The tube is coming in 2010 - that is one of the things that temps me...
3 1/2 years in one place particularly the palace concerns me somewhat...

Bromley was nice but over run by chavs now. Ever thought about East Dulwich?
- paraselene0
i live in east dulwich and it's alright if you're into that sort of thing, prams and mortgages as far as the eye can see, "cool" dads out with their bugaboos, prices skyrocketing. meh.
i'm moving.
moth lives in gipsy hill. i guess he likes it okay, i've never been too impressed with it. bump this thread on thursday or friday. he's in greece at the moment.

Cheers paraselne!
My friends live in East Dulwich just off Lordship Lane... I dont really like the vibe I got from that place
Thus, asking the question if I dont like E.D. why would I like Gypsy Hill or C.P
Blimey - its so complex
