So yesterday I got this client on the phone telling me he attended a seminar a few days ago and saw my ex-employer speak. In that session my ex-employer brags about projects they just did and how innovative they are etc... Nothing wrong with that... However... One of the projects they're showcasing is my work! Not something I did for them when I worked there but something I've just only finished a few months ago for a client of mine!
I am so pissed by this... And so was wondering what you would do if you were in my shoes...

sue their asses!
If it was the other way around, I'm sure they would do the same.

Sue them...? Interesting... but on what legal grounds if any...?

That's INSANE. They're taking credit for your stuff you made for your client at a seminar, apres working for them? In front of people???
Kill them till they die.
