I have a full legit version of Acrobat Professional 7 on my latop.
I have created a second user called Rachel - cool...
When Rachel open Acrobat it asked for the administrators login and password.
Legit Photoshop and Illustrator dont ask for password - just Acrobat...
The user settings/options are checked in order to let Rachel use ALL apps.
Anyone can help??

give Rachel administrator rights?
- karlo0
Well I could do that but she is my girlfriend and you know what they can do!!!

ha ha I'm with you, maybe a 'power user' would give her the permissions without the need for adminstrator privileges?
you can also share the program with others, right-click the exe and go to sharing if I remember rightly,
otherwise try to install a copy under her login?

Check the permisions of the app --> cmd+i
the owner should be "system", group "admin"; rught for others "read only"

go into your account go to system preferences go to accounts mange accounts click her account and then click the tick box next to the applications you want her to have access to simple as that.

* Log in as an Admin user.
* Go to the "HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/CS2ENUDist... and edit this xml file with a text editor (like BBEdit or Apple's TextEditor).
* Do a search in this file for two instances of "AdobeBibUtils.framework" and change the "Bib" part to all uppercase letters. So it should be "AdobeBIBUtils.framework".
* Save the file.
