Does anyone have a standard/generic form or contract with things like 'all content will be provided within 2 weeks' or 'all content is assumed to be accurate', etc. I am growing very tired of the occasional client thinking it's my responsibility to tell him if his text is good, properly spelled, etc., and making me wait a month for contact info, then another month for a paragraph he'd like to add.
You get the idea.

A lot of that stuff can be just written out, as opposed to crafted in legalese. Add a section to your agreement/contract that outlines 'client's responsibilities' and 'designer's/contractor's responsibilities', and hit off on all those points. At the end, make it clear that the delivery date and cost estimates can't be guaranteed if the client doesn't meet their basic responsibilities as outlined in your agreement.

that stuff's never been discussed here at NT, don't do a search for it, and don't go to AIGA looking for info either.
