I like most reds in the $9 to $14 rang. I'll drink two buck chuck if it's in front of me.

sonoma co, CA wine are good. I'm partial to a pinot noir or shiraz.
lately boogle chardonnay has been good for me, under $10

i agree with lowimpakt..
basically i'd like to be surprised every time.
i am a sucker for red wine.
french, italian and some spanish are my faves.. but that is rather broad heh...

there are too many wines to have a favourite.
part of the joy of wine is the variety. especially trying locally produced wines of areas you are visiting.
never had mondavi wines though. They came across like the McDonalds of wines in Mondovino - i thought.

One called Graffigna from Argentina. Really easy to drink red shiraz cabernet sauvignon.

try wolf blass's merlot, cabernet and shiraz...really great wines
also, yellow tail is a great wine with an even better price tag ($11 / bottle)

(Apr 23 06, 09:53)I concur but only when it's buy one get one free, I'm a champagne guy myself but am at that age when drinking red wine and listening to down tempo is acceptable. On weekends, I let my hair down and go punk rock with cider or guinness
