just wondered after wasting 3 hours trying to get some page pixel perfect for both ie6 and ff with regards to css - if people are already designing with ie7 in mind? cos i know it will screw up some of my work

No. I'm waiting until at least 1 or 2% of page views from from IE7. Time is valuable, and its just not worth the headache right now. Plus, the implementation of things may change between now and when its publicly released.
I'm lazy so I'm going to let others find and document the bugs first, then I will steal their solutions they generously post in their blogs.

Remember when Zeldman wrote about css being futureproof as one of the reasons to switch?
I knew he lied when I read the book. It's easier to see a tableless layout fall apart in a new browser than a table one.

if people would spend as much time reading css books as they do complaining about it, there wouldn't be any problems

your links still don't work version3

thats ff on xp by the way. ie7 might be ok though.

Version3, it's all meant for css future improvement :)
For a great thing it is, it sucks a little to much, it has to be said loudly in order to be adressed.
