boys.... i don't ask questions usually... but THIS beats me.
it does only appear under the following circumstances:
- firefox since 1.5
- when you shrink the browser window SMALLER than the size it had at the last http request.so what than?
well, the "100%"-sized swf does not shrink with the window. it stays the size from the last http request windowsize (-> scrollbars).
it grows with the window, but doesn't shrink.only the damn firefox ONE POINT FIVE.
plllllleeeeaaaaaassse help me!!!!

html, body {
height: 100%;
width: 100%;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px;
overflow:hidden;
}

I've noticed it with 1.5 too

i forgot. an example:

Anarchitect: thanx but that does not solve the core of the problem... surely the scrollbars disappear... but the swf stays partially hidden when you shrink the window --.. while it is supposed to shrink with the window. it doesn't do that.... damnit ,o)

don't use a table.
1. scale your swf to 100% height/width
2. use a Stage listener inside and set it to noscale
3. use the css I posted.

tell html & body via css wasn't neccessary ....
.. DROP THE TABLE DID IT,
i don't believe i obviously didn't try this one. what the hell does firefox THINK doing this?!?!the stageListener stuff i have in another project, but it's also affected by this problem. it didn't LISTEN when the window shrinked smaller than last requested size. but i try now with dropping tables ,o))
i let you know ,o))THANX

okay. but i am getting a problem with flash and firefox.
if the browser window is smaller than the minimum size, and i scroll with the browser scrollbar, the flash piece is simply gone, disappears.
