Any Ideas of a cheap way to get image projections onto the wall. I have looked up from amazon to toys-r-us and found the zoom-box.

but was wondering if anyone has some other suggestions.

ehm.. i seriously hope you read all those customer reviews..

The reviews seem relatively consistant. Seems like a decent product for those with minimal requirements so it may not be so bad. :\

I am not really using it for a home theater or a classroom setting.
I am planning on projecting in the streets on walls/ or in lobbys. (this is not for illegal purposes) I am using it for design purposes.
quality of the image resolution isn't to much of a concern either. I did read the reviews, I was drawn to it for its price to be honest.

Well, if the reviews are anything to go by and if you plan on using it outside or in other potentially well lit areas you might have to keep looking. More than a few people remark on the lack of brightness.

you can buy a lcd panel and an OHP projector.. not going to be amazing quality but will set you back less than £100

I just did exactly that, projected a film out in the streets. I just hired a projector and hooked it up to the laptop. for a weekend it cost £50, it projected around 20feet and still had great resolution.

there are some stores that project their store logo on to the street. go and take a look at what they have done.
i have seen many places do that.
