OK I dont know if this is a stupid question, but if you have two frames on a website, top frame scroll=no
bottom frame scroll=yes
is there a way to get the whole site to scroll?
instead of just the bottom section, so there is a scroll bar for the entire page?if there is a really obvious answer for this question then I must say sorry as my brain has been very distracted today!

A work-around would be to set both the top and bottom frames to scroll=no, with heights large enough to show the entire content, then to place the frameset into an iframe in a new html page... or something to that effect.

in that case, why use frames at all?

why are you using frames? I haven't touched them in 8 years.

I know? why use frames?
just a little stuck on how much content goes on each page as some will have a couple of lines of text EG contact details...then other pages will have full blogs so I want the page to expand to fit it, maybe I could just put all the bottom frame content in an iframe???
