I designed this logo for a swiss company that sells home alarm systems...
Thank's for your feedbacks,

what do your other concepts look like?
this one is pretty tired.

the type feels very myriad like - could be more swiss simple

I like the logo, but yes the typeface could be a bit more "Swiss" and maybe stronger to imply "secure".

I would try some type alternatives... but other than that, I think it's quite nice.

Do I smell meta? either way, the typeface doesn't add anything to the symbol/graphic, too contrasting and not in a good way.. but you're on the right path, I think...

Every time i go through the drive-through at "good-times" (a local burger chain) the pictogram for speaking into the mic makes me red with anger. The reason is that sound waves get weaker as they leave their origin. This pictogram shows them getting thicker (stronger) as they get further from the mouth.
What does this have to do with your logo? Nothing, really. But the icon reminds me of that drive-through.
As far as a critique of your logo, i think that the "S" shape could be stronger if it was more "squatty". That, TO ME, would feel more secure and grounded.
and then the other stuff about type exploration
