yeah, we pack the day with rushed shit work, and then stay late so we can spend some quality time on the good projects.
i'm torn on looking elsewhere though, as the pay is good, and *some* of the projects are very cool.
and I'm 27 yrs old with a family, so i've resigned myself to work hard and take some knocks early on in order to jump up to the next level at the next place. the job market isn't strong enough to be so picky, although I'd love to have that luxury
