I instantly thought...cigarettes
- shilohous0
me too.
- antoine_1010
why is that? because of my logo or the product name???
- toe_knee0
bit of both. looks like one of those cigarette brands that use nice names to make them look like they're healthier than other smokes

its actually meant to be a road (the white bit) going into the horrizon. like a panoramic image type thing. the road is meant to be disappearing into the distance - like perspective...
- toe_knee0
maybe curve the road...?

I like the curved one you mentioned. But even the others are ok. I can see what they mean about cigarette logos and the triangles but maybe that wouldn't be something one would think when the logo is used in context, on a brochure cover or something.

i don't really like it. This of course doesn't mean it's bad or anything like that.
Anyway Origami came to mind when i saw your first try. Your second try reminds me of the ICBC logo http://www.icbc.com/

I think your curved version is better... but not in yellow. Maybe some earthy tones for color?

omg that is so funny, its weird how we connect things visually. i also immediatly thought of marborro (sp?).
- ldww0
possibly making the bottom of the triagle slimmer would make it less like the marb. logo. or a dotted line or something.

I don't like the font(Dax) to me it is ugly and cheap looking. Personally preffered the triangles looked clean and more geometric and abstract, plus wouldn't the curve idea look too much like a road, thus making it communicate something completely different (automobiles, travel etc)
A logo, although a very difficult thing to design, only a suggestion of the service, product is needed don't over complicate things..
