Anyone know of any new good hip hop. The "im badder than you, step and get wacked" lines are exhausting the dogchit out of me. EVERY one out there right now ruins it for me as soon as they throw their lines of how tough or better their ryhmes, crew, car, bling is than anyone elses. Yes, even a lot of underground hip hop falls under this category. Somebody save my ears. I come from the golden era of hip hop (early 90's) ... its just not like it used to be... or is it? Any suggestions?

killa kella is good from the uk.
check that intermingling experimental l.a. scene out, too. aceyalone and various projects: antipop consortium, haiku d'etat, etc.

Cam transcends Hip-Hop.
'Ma your pussy stink, it been under siege, here's a douchebag, hot rag, summer's eve, yes a hot bath, run, run, run it please!'
Oh wait, this in no means answered the original post, haha.

yeah... ive actually heard a lot of these... It just kills it for me once they begin spitting the "I'm the best, step to me, you get served" line which is super lame to me. It's almost cliche to me that rap has gone this far for any artist to beat this dead horse with the same approach. I just wish they rapped about other things rather than talk chit to boost their own personal egos.
Anyone else feel this way or am I alone on this?
