curious to know what ball park some of the billing rates are for art direction and production that your studio/agency bills your clients for (not what the studio pays you).
art direction = $75-100/hr
production = $65-90/hrand if you want to include your freelance rates that you bill your clients as well, feel free.
general print design and some web (no flash) = roughly $40-75/hr depending on client and project

agency bills $125/h for graphic design/art direction, and way on up from there for high level strategy, naming, etc.
freelance: usually try to work it out to about $100/hour for creative work (always quoting a total project fee), but I bill clients like $80/hr for website updates and other quick hourly sh** that goes on an invoice with XX hours at $80/hr = whatever

agency bills dependent on what I am doing min £80 upto £140
I charge £25
that is a disturbing discrepancy

Dang, I need to up our rates.

I charge the studio $30 / hour and the studio bills out my time at $130 / hour. (Canadian $$)
Freelance I charge $50 / hour (unless I'm feeling generous) but I never list hours when working freelance, always just the amount.

i try to hit $75/hour freelance and $50/hour for agency. i usually come close but certainly not always. i think that everyone has had those jobs where your rate ends up being like $15 or something. sucks.
