I can hardly type this right now. I think each little pile weighed at least 20 pounds. It took 6 of us (my 4 sisters, 1 bro, and dad) to finish shovelling our driveway within 30 minutes. I'm so sore.
Any remedies?
And yes, I tried to use my legs more than my back.

we got a bunch hear too. it was so wet and heavy it completely stuck to and covered our bird feeder. i didn't even think that was possible.
ugh. i only have a bit to shovel. the snow crew this morning did a decent job but didn't get around the wifeys car, so i have to shovel her out.
take a hot bath for your back and throw some ben gay on it.

it's sheer madness not to have a snowblower

I'd much rather prefer doing some physical work as opposed to none. I like being disciplined like that in some way. Of course, I don't feel that way once I'm actually out there, but I do afterwards.

I prefer no work to physical work, haha. jk. actually I enjoy almost any work outside when it's warm. I hate shovelling snow more than anything.

Yeah, I guess if you live in Ottawa, Canada, you gotta expect this.

chuck norris doesn't shovel.
he round house kicks the snow off of his driveway.

It's a warm Spring day in Halifax.

It's not cold. It just stopped snowing about 2 hours ago, so it looks like we got about 20cm.
Not too shabby for a January in Ottawa.

January in the lower Midwest=blue skies & 50 degrees

we have about a 300 or 400 foot driveway so a snow blower is a must. Actually, it gives you a bit of a workout.
