photoshop cs problem ):

  hi folks

  my photoshop 8 on win xp... well, if i start a new document i get a never ending prompt to save as, and if i'm editing an existing file it will save after every key press, mouse click etc.

  has anyone ever had this problem? i've tried trashing the prefs file. it's a 3rd party machine and the problem has been there since i first started it...
