Tshirt Sizing (ladies)

    I'm printing up my girlfriend a TShirt for Christmas.. but I'm left with a sizing conundrum.. She's quite pettite (4'11.5) and small with the exception of her chest (36C).. can any girls recommend a particular tshirt brand or size? Typically small is too long on her and sometimes she resorts to kids sizes, which don't always fit the greatest.

    BTW: anyone know where I can get a single screenprinted shirt done and shipped quick.. most sites I've come across have high quantity minimums.. just looking for one - don't have the time to screenprint it myself
