Screenprinting in the UK

  ok peeps, I have had a look through the pvn and cant find anything, but please forgive me if i'm wrong!!

  I really want to start making some screen prints, to make posters and t-shirts, I know a bit about the basics as I did it when i was at uni. but i would like to get a very basic setup to use in my parents garage, I really need info on what i need to do one or 2 colour prints and prices, like how much is the photographic developer , inks etc etc and where i can get them from outside north london.

  I'm looking for a basic, cheap setup (my bro is a joiner so he will make any frames/tables etc
