Anyone know how to resize a pdf's dimensions while importing into photoshop? This used to be a default option when opening a pdf within photoshop in pre-cs versions.

I don't i,port them, I just open them and they rasterize to whatever size I request.
Except for photos.

fyi running CS2

it let's you choose a pixel dimension when you open them? If I try to open a pdf it automatically brings me to the import pdf dialog box
