  Hi folks, wierd one here - I just got htis e-mail from a random NT user, check it out:

  "ok, you're try three now:
  hey there, i'm novalis on newstoday (don't post much, but hang out there) - i'm kinda in a bind and hope you could help me out.  I'm at work on a governement computer that doesn't have flash installed, so i can't post anything on newstoday -- do you think you could start a new topic with this?  i just tried someone else, but no response.

  ok, i need a little help.
  i'm working on designing a backdrop for an important government speaker, but don't even have photoshop on my computer, much less access to stock photos or a scanner.  it should have the u.s. and ukrainian flags on it (a hint as to where i am), and a blue background and "Partners in Democracy" or something like that.  And they want a draft of it in 2 hours. 
  anyone have any suggestions?  help?
  it's a job no one else wants, so they just chuck it to the intern (me), he's "designy."
