cool. i am on mac and just switched from ff to safari recently after being so frustrated by ff not handling flash well.

1.5 will have a better flash handling?

i find firefox a pain in the ass more than bill gates - not even newstoday works that well for me, i would have stayed with it despite its minor problems if google aint got involved by using it to undermine crappy IE's market share by doing the dollar per download not cos they feel it would benefit us but it would benefit them more

I just want an extension that let's me open a set browser window, and one window with tabs for my email, NT, CNN, Drudge, MySpace, and whatever else pop up at once without me having to do it.

You can open a collection of tabs by putting the bookmarks in a subfolder, when opened will have an open in tabs option.

    careful.

in the RC3 release of Firefox 1.5 a major bug in Flash may occur in sites that load external files: the loading will not happen.

Had to manually delete the activeX plugins [where the conflict resides] for this to be corrected.

Hopefully the new version has adressed this issue.

Use you middle mouse button on links to launch in new tab, and on tabs to close them.
