i heard that: http://www.designacademy.nl/
in eindhoven is supposed to be pretty good. It depends to which direction you want to go.

keep bumping--eventually you will get an answer.
I'm interested that this is what you want to do!
- frankiefido0
thanks rand, it's one of the options i'm looking into, 1 of 3 at the moment.
i'm especially interested in schools that offer 2 year programs, as i don't think i have the patience for a full 4 years.
thanks

what's happening with Fabrica?
- Randd0
what are the other options?
- frankiefido0
Rand, these are the 3:
a) finding work with a multi-disciplinary studio I respect [2x4,base,etc] in NY or any of the major European centers [and optimally in a french speaking environment] -- My goal is to mix it up and not do strictly interactive work like I am right now.
b) Doing a 2-year Graphic Design program at a great school in Europe.
c) Going to Fabrica.
Kyle: Fabrica is kind of my fail-safe at this point, since I'm not really impressed with any of the stuff that's coming out of there right now... and I think that the Vis. Comm. program is still suffering from losing Toscani as its dept head. Even Colors is lackluster in my eyes lately. But we shall see what happens w/ everything... I'm looking at moving on within the next 6-9 months.

How many people are accepted into Fabrica each year?

(Nov 23 05, 11:39)Rietveld is VERY elite and VERY autonomous. I am not sure if you are looking for something this specialized?
If you do I can recommend it.
Plus: It's all English, there's a ton of nationalities on the Rietveld.
